Our vision is to expand Girl Code 101 into schools and communities across Florida and beyond, creating a network of empowered young women who are equipped to shape their futures and uplift others along the way.

  • Girl Code 101 serves middle and high school girls, primarily within Palm Beach County, with a focus on students who benefit from increased access, representation, and mentorship.

Jazz Dickerson is the Founder of Girl Code 101, created with the intention to pay forward the opportunities, mentorship, and exposure she was afforded growing up. As an educator, with a deep passion for empowering young women, she designed the program to equip girls with the confidence, tools, and real-life skills needed to navigate womanhood and leadership. Jazz is committed to building access, representation, and community-based pathways that prepare girls for life beyond the classroom.
